For a while in NY back in the days ... radio wars were crazy...MR MAGIC and MARELY MARL had it on lock but when RED ALERT teamed up with KRS - wow ... there was nothing like radio back in the day - waiting to see who was gonna unleash the heat - waiting to see if Mr. Magic was gonna break (literally shatter) a record on the air - usually a BDP record ... lol ... here are some jointz that got regular play back in the day on radio in NY
